explanation

Okay, I forgot to explain the whole jail thing and I didn't want to make him seem like a bad man do here's the story... so my dad used to work for the government and he also had a little side business with our cousin. Well that said cousin owed dad money and he took it out of his side of the business (not stealing I just don't know how to describe it) and the cousin got mad and filed a lawsuit against him because the cousin was greedy even though he is STINKIN rich! So dad decided to plead guilty so he wouldn't have to go for like 10 years so now he only goes for 1 1/2 years and he leaves in September after trystan is born. TADA!
